how long does it take to get my photos back?
It typically takes me about 1-2 weeks to edit and finalize your gallery!
What if i need to reschedule?
Life happens, I totally get it! As long as you have paid your deposit, I am more than happy to reschedule your session for you!
What if i need to cancel?
You are certainly welcome to cancel your session without rescheduling, however please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
what if the weather is bad on my session date?
Personally, I'm always down to risk it all for some cool photos in the rain or a dust storm (hahaha). However, if you're not comfortable with that, we can reschedule!
Do you deliver raw files?
No, sorry! I am happy to make tweaks if you are unhappy with an edit, but in no circumstances will I deliver RAWs.
will you still do my photos if i'm gay/trans/disabled/etc?
YES! Shots by Isabela is, has always been, and will always be a safe for all walks of life and all identities. This is a safe space for everyone!
What should i wear to my session?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! Maybe an outfit you don't get to wear often, or your nicest going-out fit! I don't typically recommend bright neon colors, but you do you!!
i don't know where i want to have my photos done, can you help?
Absolutely! I have a whole location list that I am more than happy to send after you book your session!
