☀︎ how long does it take to get my photos back?
It takes me about 1-3 weeks to finalize your gallery, and 6-8 weeks for weddings!
☀︎ What if i need to reschedule?
Life happens, I totally get it! As long as you have paid your deposit, I am more than happy to reschedule your session for you!
☀︎ What if i need to cancel?
You are certainly welcome to cancel your session without rescheduling, however please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
☀︎ what if the weather is bad on my session date?
Depending on the severity of the weather, we may need to reschedule your session in order to not cause damage to my equipment or risk injury or illness (i.e. valley fever).
☀︎ Do you deliver raw files?
No, sorry! I am happy to make tweaks if you are unhappy with an edit, but under no circumstances will I deliver RAWs (with the exception of photographers seeking branding photos).
☀︎ will you still do my photos if i'm gay/trans/disabled/etc?
YES! Shots by Isabela is, has always been, and will always be a safe space for all walks of life and all identities. This is a safe space for everyone!
☀︎ What should i wear to my session?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! Maybe an outfit you don't get to wear often, or your nicest going-out fit! Neutral colors and pastels are great for photos. I don't typically recommend bright neon colors, but you do you!!
☀︎ i don't know where i want to have my photos done, can you help?
Absolutely! I have a whole location guide that I am more than happy to send after you book your session!

☀︎ why is my deposit non-refundable?
I ask for a deposit to hold your session since it takes up one of my limited spots. If someone doesn’t show up or cancels, I lose both time and income, as that was a spot I could have booked for someone else.
